Meet Our Band Aid Mini Facelift Patient: Cathy

I make it a goal to create an atmosphere where my patients feel assured, informed, and comfortable through every phase of their plastic surgery journey. Keeping a positive mindset is critical for plastic surgery patients, and my staff and I do everything we can to make sure our patients feel good about their surgery, including being there to address any specific questions or concerns they may have beforehand. happy-womanThere are many factors to consider before undergoing a cosmetic surgery procedure. Obviously safety, great aesthetic results, and finding a plastic surgery practice where you can feel comfortable are of the utmost importance, but there are other considerations as well. For instance, the costs associated with plastic surgery are something that are front of mind for many patients. Today, I wanted to share a firsthand plastic surgery testimonial from a patient of mine who was concerned about costs heading into her surgery, but happily surprised by what she found at my office.

Sandy first visited the office because she was interested in a facial rejuvenation procedure to help refresh her appearance and treat common signs of facial aging. Meet Our Spotlight Plastic Surgery Patient: Patty

smiling-male-and-female-huggingIt’s perfectly understandable to be a bit nervous or anxious before undergoing a plastic surgery procedure. While every patient is excited for the final results of their cosmetic procedure, it’s natural to have some trepidation about the surgical process itself. After all, plastic surgery is indeed still surgery. With this in mind, I thought it would be helpful to share this firsthand plastic surgery testimonial from Patty, a patient of mine who had some reservations of her own about undergoing cosmetic surgery.

When Patty came to our office for her consultation appointment, she told me that she was interested in facelift surgery, but had a variety of concerns regarding the procedure itself, as well as scheduling and post-surgery recovery. But after a thorough discussion of how I perform my signature Band Aid Mini Facelift, as well as what she could expect following the procedure, I could tell Patty was seeming more comfortable. We then scheduled her surgery at a date that worked for her, and the rest is history.

I was apprehensive on the day of the procedure and Dr. LeRoy and Dorothy were understanding and compassionate. Dorothy held my hand through the entire procedure and I was surprised and relieved to have a conversation with them during the procedure; they certainly put my mind at ease. The recovery was just as they described. I was thrilled I had no bruising and the staples were easily covered. The other day I ran into someone I hadn’t seen in 10 years and she said, “You look EXACTLY the same!” (wink) I thought of how that was exactly how Dr. LeRoy described the results I should expect – like 10 years younger!
