While Atlanta Magazine publishes a list of Atlanta’s Top Doctors every year, the list itself is compiled by an esteemed organization called Castle Connolly. Castle Connolly’s focus is identifying exceptional physicians in a number of specialties throughout the country. Dr. LeRoy and the other physicians in Castle Connolly’s directory have all been nominated by other doctors who trust and admire their abilities. After a doctor is nominated, Castle Connolly’s physician-led panel researches their background thoroughly to decide whether they are worthy of inclusion among the country’s best physicians, considering factors like medical training and education, board certifications, contributions to the field of medicine, professional accomplishments, and more. After this rigorous review process, Dr. LeRoy and a handful of other Atlanta physicians have been named as the best in their specialties.
