Save on Injectables This Spring!
Looking for a good reason to do something about those worrisome frown lines and wrinkles around the mouth? Beginning May 1st and continuing through June 30th, you can save on Dysport® wrinkle injections as well as Perlane® and Restylane® facial fillers.
Saving is easy. Simply receive your Dysport® treatment from Dr. John LeRoy, register online and complete your online redemption form, and mail in your form and itemized receipt for a $50 rebate.
To save $40 per mL on Restylane®, receive a minimum of two full syringes (2 mL min, 9 mL max, or 1.5 mL per lip)to qualify. For Perlane® savings you must receive at least 1 mL (6 mL max). Once treated, register online and mail your completed redemption form with hologram box top and itemized receipt before July 31st, 2012.
To add to the savings, Dr. John LeRoy is extending a special $50 off your Restylane® and Dysport® treatment total May 7th-9th. Patients must receive treatment during these dates to qualify. Additionally, those patients receiving Restylane® treatment must purchase a full syringe for the discount.
