Do Mini Facelifts Actually Work?
When you’re trying to look younger, there is a broad range of options available to you. On the lowest end, you have at-home skin care products designed to reduce wrinkles. The next step up is professional non-surgical treatments like laser skin resurfacing or Botox® and facial filler injections. Most people assume that the step after this includes traditional plastic surgery like a facelift.
The truth is that there is a middle ground: mini facelifts including my signature Band Aid Mini Facelift. These procedures are surgical so they do involve incisions and recovery time, but the recovery time is about half as long as it would be with a typical facelift. This is because I’m making less intense changes and performing the procedure using gentle numbing in-office.
To some patients, this sounds a bit too good to be true, so is it? Do mini facelifts actually work?
The truth is that mini facelifts can be just as effective as any other cosmetic surgery as long as your surgeon has the expertise and skill to customize your surgery to your needs and your specific anatomy. Learn more about the effectiveness of this surgery in my video:
