This month we’re offering $1000 OFF Band Aid Laser Skin Resurfacing through January 31st. Contact our office or call (404) 843-0840 for details or to schedule your appointment.
I had a facelift about ten years ago and would like to “refresh” my results without the downtime of another facelift. Is there another procedure that will revitalize the results from my surgery a few years ago?
This is a great question! While a facelift does turn back the hands of time, it does not stop the aging process. Even after the procedure, collagen production in the skin slows, and many years down the road a touch-up procedure may be necessary to maintain your results. However, a traditional facelift generally isn’t necessary in this situation. My “Band Aid” Facelift may be the perfect solution to solve your rejuvenation woes.
I created the Band Aid Facelift to help patients whose signs of aging don’t necessitate a full facelift, but it is also perfect for those looking to rejuvenate their previous plastic surgery results. The Band Aid Facelift uses smaller incisions and gentle numbing instead of general anesthesia. This means that the procedure can be performed in-office and has a much shorter recovery (typically only 3 to 5 days) than traditional facelift.
For older adults, the Band Aid Facelift carries fewer risks because of its less invasive nature. Many of my patients have been very pleased with the subtle and natural-looking results they’ve received from the procedure. The Band Aid Facelift isn’t for everyone, though. Individuals with more advanced signs of aging may benefit more from a traditional facelift.
Likewise, individuals who do not want to undergo another surgical procedure may find that Band Aid Laser Skin Resurfacing provides the right amount of rejuvenation. Like other Band Aid procedures, Laser Skin Resurfacing is performed in-office with gentle numbing. Using advanced DOT Laser Therapyâ„¢, Band Aid Laser Skin Resurfacing stimulates collagen production and helps eliminate fine lines and wrinkles, acne, and even sun spots. Whether as an initial treatment or as regular maintenance to your previous facelift results, Band Aid Laser Skin resurfacing helps renew skin for a younger-looking complexion.
I created the Band Aid Facelift to help solve patients’ mild to moderate aging concerns .From your question, it seems like you may be a great candidate for Band Aid plastic surgery or Band Aid Laser Skin Resurfacing. To determine your candidacy for either procedure, contact our office to schedule a consultation.

Signs of aging often hit us when we least expect them. We’ll catch a glimpse of our complexions in a mirror at a holiday party and realize that we don’t look like we’re 20 anymore. While there is nothing wrong with looking your age, we understand that you want to look the best you can at any age and feel confident in your own skin.
Dr. John LeRoy‘s Band Aid Laser Skin Resurfacing works to help eliminate signs of aging like hyperpigmentation, fine lines, and damaged-looking skin. For those who may not be ready for surgical anti-aging procedures, Band Aid Laser treatment using DOT Laser Therapy gives patients tighter, younger-looking skin with minimal downtime. Individuals who have undergone facial rejuvenation surgery like a facelift or blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) can also benefit from the rejuvenating effects of Band Aid Laser Skin Resurfacing as a finishing touch to help revive skin and further refine your cosmetic surgery results.
The DOT Laser works by releasing tiny pillars of laser light energy that perforate the skin to stimulate collagen production and induce the body’s natural healing processes. Like Dr. LeRoy’s other Band Aid procedures, Band Aid Laser Skin Resurfacing can be performed in-office with gentle numbing for minimal downtime and optimal patient results.
Make certain to mark your calendar to take advantage of our extended special of $1000 off your Band Aid Laser Skin Resurfacing treatment. This great deal only lasts until December 31st, so contact us to make your appointment today.

While many patients believe that the surgery is the most significant part of a tummy tuck, the pre-surgical consultation is just as important. Not only does it allow the patient to express his or her concerns and preferred aesthetic, but it also allows Dr. John LeRoy to assess the goals of the patient and recommend the appropriate procedure(s) to achieve their desired look.
During your consultation, Dr. LeRoy takes the time to discuss your cosmetic goals as well as learn about your family medical history and lifestyle history. Family history may seem insignificant, but it can play a major role in helping maintain your safety during and after plastic surgery. Because cosmetic surgery is just that, surgery, Dr. LeRoy will take the time to prepare you mentally and physically for your procedure.
Based on patient feedback, Dr. LeRoy explains the different steps available to each client to achieve his or her desired look. He also takes the time to show all his patients examples of his work in before and after photos. While many patients are happy to take before and after photographs, some are not comfortable with their images being placed online. That being said, it’s important to realize that Dr. LeRoy takes every measure to ensure optimal patient comfort and can provide further before and after photos in person than those posted on his online gallery. Because Dr. LeRoy focuses on patient education and each patient may have additional questions, he dedicates a significant amount of time for each patient’s consultation to thoroughly explain each procedure, answer patient questions, and address any concerns.
A consultation is the best time for patients to learn the ins and outs of the procedures recommended to achieve their cosmetic surgery goals, the risks and costs associated with each procedure, as well as the expected recovery time and post-surgery support required.
Since some procedures are more comprehensive than others, Dr. LeRoy takes the time to explain the intricacies of each prospective surgery. Take tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) for example. Depending on a patient’s specific needs, there are different variations of tummy tuck surgery. Post weight loss (bariatric) surgery patients who wish to get rid of loose, hanging skin around their mid-section usually require a circumferential tummy tuck.
During this comprehensive procedure, Dr. LeRoy excises excess tissue all the way around the midsection and then tightens the skin and underlying muscles. A traditional tummy tuck involves excising excess tissue solely from the abdominal region and then tightening the remaining skin and muscles. Dr. LeRoy also offers a third option for tummy tuck surgery that is reserved for patients with only a small amount of excess skin in the abdominal region, his Band Aid Tummy Tuck. This particular procedure focuses on specific areas of concern and can be performed in-office with gentle numbing.
